Audience measurement
To know which pages are visited, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics, an anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement. For each page view it records the page, the referring site, the country or region, the device type, the operating system and the browser. No identifier that could follow you across websites is created: visits are grouped using a technical hash of the request, discarded after 24 hours, and statistics are only viewed in aggregate. Legal basis: legitimate interest of DVTech SRL in measuring traffic to its website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
- Requests that don't lead to a project: at most 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the engagement, then for the legal retention periods applying to accounting and tax records.
- Technical logs (hosting, anti-spam): limited period set by the providers concerned.
- Visit statistics: aggregated, anonymous data kept for the Vercel Web Analytics retention period.
